About a year ago I had a heart attack, called a MINOCA . No obstruction in the arteries, and was given a bag full of medication and told that there will no answer as to what has caused my heart attack as there could be a few reasons why it occurred. The up shot is I have lovely clean arteries but it has left me with slight anxiety about if and when the next one may occur !! All I experienced was a dull ache in my chest and pain and heaviness in left arm.

I drank heavily every night for 20+ years.been diagnoses with stage 1-2 fatty liver after having ultra sound..still have a few beers on a sat but only water for the other 6 days..i intermittent fast 20/4 mon-fri and eat very healthily.also speed walk to work 5 days per week (20 mins) await my next bloodwork and ultrasound scan.fingers crossed im reversing things

Runny nose cough no phlegm men and I feel tired all the time

The side effects are nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea so you basically feel sick all the time and can’t eat or vomit and shiiii out the food you did eat and being pregnant 4 times going through this just the first couple months was a nightmare and the energy drain could barely walk around the house! NOPE 👎 people should leave this drug to the people that it was made for and for God sakes what have we humans become ! We want a drug for everything and the easy way! What happened to exercise and just watch how much you eat ! I can’t exercise as much as I did due to some injuries and the many surgeries after one of my combat missions, but every time I want to stuff my face full with the processed foods packed with sugars and other things that are made to makes us eat more of it so we keep buying more of it I remember when I was a young girl starting to worry about my figure 😂 I was 5’8 and weighed 120 to 135 lbs my whole life until my big injury at 39 and thought I was fat smh 🤦‍♀️ anyways back then I was on diets etc and my grandma use to tell me eat all the food groups but EAT HALF OF EVERYTHING! Now at 52 i weigh 185 and that’s a little over what I should be but now more then ever I have to eat like my gma use to tell me as I can’t burn it out as I use to but I do the minimum of walking on my bad days when my body hurts from my choice in life to go join the military and get blown up. People please 🙏 don’t torture your selves with these drugs just to lose weight and please 🙏 use this drug if you have the health issues that it was originally made for as I have watched one of my neighbors bee holed off to the ER she wasn’t feeling hungry anymore and couldn’t eat anymore and now needs help from doctors to just eat.

"To reverse diabetes, you often need a change in your diet". Why be misleading to patients? This is not being tactful or considerate. Stop doing what gave you diabetes, and you will reverse it. Diabetes is caused by fork and spoon transgressions.

Check current research on saturated fat please. It is a myth that poly and mono unsaturated fats are better for us than saturated fat from real whole food
